1. Service and representative
Accounting Flow is the journal-analysis application at accountingflow.app. The service representative is identified below. These terms apply to use of the service. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
- Service representative
- Neuralis.ia · Accounting Flow
- Privacy and service contact
- support@accountingflow.app
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Use the service only with information you are authorized to process and share. If acting for an organization, obtain its permission, including for any metadata or notes saved online. Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. The service is intended for adults and professional use.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate other users, bypass workspace permissions, abuse the service, distribute malicious files or disrupt its operation. Reasonable restrictions or suspension may be used to protect the service, with notice where practicable. Nothing in these terms grants access to another user’s private workspace.
3. Analysis and accounting responsibility
The service reconstructs relationships from imported journal lines, accounting documents and clearing evidence. Missing records, mappings or clearing numbers limit what can be established. Amount similarity alone is not proof of settlement. Review source evidence, warnings, confidence levels, open items and ambiguous allocations before relying on a result.
Manual clearing and visual grouping are analysis annotations. They do not post entries, modify the original workbook, execute a payment or create a clearing in SAP or another accounting system. The application supports investigation; it does not issue an audit opinion, certify completeness or replace professional judgment.
4. Free, Starter and Pro
The current plan limits and advertised prices are shown below. Limits apply to the selected worksheet, with a maximum file size of 10 MB. There is no advertised monthly processing quota. Detailed, Balanced or Executive availability depends on the visualization; Flow Map 2 has its own Detailed account-lane view.
A new account starts on Free. Starter and Pro require a confirmed subscription, except for separately granted trial or complimentary Pro access. Complimentary access is not a paid purchase and can have its own stated duration. Saving views or notes does not upload the source workbook; keep the original to reopen your work.
Subscribe by 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC. Your launch price is guaranteed for the first 12 months. Renewal after that: Starter USD 15/month or USD 150/year; Pro USD 29/month or USD 290/year, with advance notice.
Annual pricing: 12 months for the price of 10. Billed annually in one payment.
A paid plan activates only after payment confirmation. Review the amount and renewal terms at checkout.
| Plan | Displayed monthly price | Journal lines per worksheet | Saved projects / views per project |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | USD 0 | 100 | 0 / 0 |
| Starter | USD 9 | 1,000 | 3 / 3 |
| Pro | USD 15 | 20,000 | 100 / 100 |
5. Payments and renewal
When sales open, checkout must show the plan, currency, total payable amount, applicable taxes, billing interval and renewal price before you authorize payment. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. The payment provider identifies the merchant of record and provides receipts and billing management.
An advertised offer or crossed-out regular price does not authorize a later price increase on its own. Offer duration and any subsequent renewal price must be disclosed at checkout. Changes to an existing subscription’s price will be communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel and any consent required by law.
Access follows confirmed subscription status. Failed payments may lead to limited grace access and then a return to Free. Checkout redirects or account creation alone do not establish payment. Charges are made by the payment provider, not by importing an Excel file.
6. Cancellation and saved work
For an active paid subscription, use Account settings → Billing → Manage subscription to open the payment provider’s portal and cancel renewal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the period keeps access through the confirmed paid period, unless a refund, reversal or legal requirement changes that entitlement. Signing out, closing the browser or revoking Google access does not cancel billing.
Downgrading or canceling does not automatically delete saved investigations. Projects above your new plan limit may become read-only. Delete individual projects through Saved projects. Account deletion is a separate action and is complete only when the service confirms success; administrator accounts must transfer their administrator role first.
7. Refunds and payment disputes
When paid subscriptions open, your first subscription payment to Accounting Flow is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of that first successful payment by contacting the address below, once it is active. Include your account email and payment reference; do not send card details or journal files. Trial or complimentary access does not start this period.
The voluntary 14-day guarantee applies once per customer to the first subscription payment; it does not restart on renewal, a plan change or account recreation. Renewal refund requests and requests about duplicate or unauthorized charges or a service not supplied are reviewed individually. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights remain applicable, including any longer period required by local law.
Approved or legally required refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method, subject to its processing times. A full subscription refund cancels the refunded subscription and ends its paid benefits while preserving your account and saved projects under Free limits. Canceling renewal alone does not request a refund. Paid sales remain closed until payment processing and the contact channel are ready.
8. Your data and service ownership
You retain your rights to imported records, notes and exported analyses. You grant only the permissions necessary to process and save the information you choose to use with the service. The application’s software, branding and interface remain the property of their respective owners. Account access is not a transfer of software ownership.
9. Availability and responsibility
Availability and performance can depend on your browser, device, file complexity and external providers. Keep your source workbooks and important exports. A saved configuration is not a backup of the original ledger. We may maintain or update the service; material changes to paid features will be communicated where required.
The application does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every accounting relationship can be proven from the imported scope. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to waive access to competent courts or authorities.
10. Updates and contact
Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before applying where required by law. The operator and direct contact details are shown below; the contact address remains a pre-launch item to complete.
